I'm a Fellow of the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association.
I've been in private practice here in Abilene since 1980.
My patient's refer to me as the doctor who smiles, or the doctor who will listen to them, or the doctor who will answer their questions in English,
rather than in medicalese. They talk to me about many of their medical problems, not just their foot problems, and are very willing to tell me about
what's going on in their life. I tend to blend a lot of psychology into my practice of podiatry.
Professional motto: "People don't care how much
you know, until they know how much you care."
Personal motto: "I'd like to procrastinate, but I never
get around to it!"
